Carina Ladow, Sweden, chairman of the association Carina was borned and raised by a hairdressing family in Stockholm. Owner of a hairdressing salon 1978-1985, then she studied to be a hairdressing-teacher. In 1986 Carina started her work as a teacher at the hairdressing School of Gothenburg, which is nowadays placed at Burgårdens Gymnasium. Carina's work at the school has changed during the years and she is now both teacher and programme coordinator.

Jakob Gardarsson, Iceland, treasurer Jakob R. Gardarsson born in Reykjavík. Graduated from College 1985. Graduated from Hairdressing school as a barber and became a hairdressing teacher in 1986. Ingrid Skorpen, Norway, secretary Ingrid K Skorpen was born in Stord. In 1974 she graduated as a hairdresser. Owner of a hairdressing salon between 1980 - 1984. Later she went to a college of education and got her teachers certificate of education in 1996. Since 1995 she has been teaching hairdressing , English and Norwegian in Stord videregåande skule which is an upper secondary school.
